      Provides a great opportunity to build a career for self-starters. Incredible amount of opportunity for commissions earnings and upward mobility. Great culture and caring leadership.

      Cons

      Kforce is a great environment for self-starters but can be challenging for people who are not constantly focused on pushing themselves to grow their career. Not a place for the complacent.

      Pros

      Good place to start a career with the potential to make great money. You learn a lot about staffing, networking, building a business and different companies in the area.

      Cons

      The regional management doesn't care about you, candidates, or clients and is VERY numbers driven. The life/work balance is not great so expect to work some nights and weekends.
