Pros
Initially they are focused on there associates trying to help them out and get them rolling with the contracted company.
Cons
Do not return calls after 3 months in the position. Promise raises but they never happen, I was always told we will check on it and would never hear anything about it. My contract was expiring with a current company and they would not set up interviews with other companies.
