      Pros

      Pay and benefits were exceptional. I worked on a contract position and heard from a manager every few months to see how things were going. Other than that, left alone to do my job.

      Cons

      As good as only hearing from a manager every few months sounds, it would have been nice for them to check with the firm I was contracted to and let me know how they thought I was doing in the job I was there for. Nice to get some feedback.

      Pros

      Assignment is good, ability to have an FSA, flexible benefits.

      Cons

      Medical insurance for contractors is costly. Also, benefits are spread across several websites, not consolidated in one site. There seems to be a revolving door in contractor support - I was contacted by at least half dozen different people saying they were my contact. Very confusing to know who to talk to with issues.
