      Good company to work for

      Pros

      Great contract work, opportunity for immediate advancement to those who have advanced skills. For example if you take a pc tech support job for $16/hr, they may offer you a team lead position for $18/hr if you have pertinent ceritifcations . As far a benefis, as a contractor you have none.

      Cons

      Even though you are on contract, you are taxed as if you are a W2 employee. They might do 1099's now. It has been a while since I have worked for them.

      Incompetent Management and Fraudulent Insurance

      Placed quickly. Decent compensation. Not much else.

      Cons

      Very incompetent, clueless management. When a client's employee groped me, I was immediately fired for mentioning it. The groping was never investigated, either by the client or KForce. KForce pharmacy benefits card is a complete fraud. I was effective January 1, but retro-actively added on January 17. My card was denied at the pharmacy, and pharmacy benefits company refuses to reimburse me. I worked 50 hours per week but was only paid for 40.

      Pros

      If you are in a sorority or frat, then there is great growth potential fro you! Great office.

      Cons

      -no perks! none. occasional free lunch after you clean the entire office. -micro-managed -favoritism is blatant and they only choose who they want to succeed. -would never refer anyone to work here if I love them. -No commission unless you are there for 2 years... -Glares received when taking a full lunch break -expect you to work overtime without getting paid for it -no fun culture.
