      Pros

      The people I work with are great! There is a good "team" atmosphere and everyone is nice, fun and very helpful. The potential to make good money in sales is definitely there.

      Cons

      As sales you have to seek out hard-to-find information in order to try to build your client base. This is time consuming and the more time it takes the slower you ramp up to making more desired pay.

      It's a grind especially when deals don't close and there is not much work/life balance

      You get paid every week. There is always support, your recruiter is always following up with you to make sure things are going well with your assignment.
