      Pros

      Great staff in Chicago. Growing quickly. They work with some of the best clients in the Chicago area, including but not limited to Financial Services, Retail, Pharma, Telecom and Healthcare. Sales team has good manager contact in major clients. Once you get going, commissions can get big quickly. Plenty of resources to find top tier talent for great job opportunities at your fingertips at all fime

      Very competitive, not necessarily a bad thing.

      Pros

      Its a good place to work overall and you can have career growth if you are persistent.

      Cons

      Paid increase is base "who they know" -drinking buddies, cousins, friends etc etc.- Compensation should be better for people with more experience and education. They are horrible to give recognitions to the employees in the operation side and also underpaid you.
