Pros

-good culture and leadership -flexible work schedule -remote -uncapped compensation / commission

Cons

-major changes / software implementations every six months -technology / IT focused and a seeming lack of respect for the FA practice -difficult to get internals hired and onboarded. Hard to get approvals for head count
