      The company is moving in a great direction. Your experience differs from the department your in.

      Cons

      Middle management aka micromanagement. No method of Peer review which allows managers to bully or dominate their employees. Causing bad experiences. I have seen it happen to others and to myself which is why I left.

      Cons

      Carries the baggage of a staffing company. No relocation , no initial stay expense reimbursement, no health insurance for 1-2 months.
