      Pros

      working with Kforce has been a fantastic experience. Everyone emplyed is very professional and works very hard. The environment is excellent with everyone helping eachother and being a very prestigous place to work. This is a growing company and lots of opportunity.

      Cons

      at this moment, i am unable to think of something wrong. The perks are great.

      Kforce keeps up to date with new technologies Kforce works in the community doing a lot of charity work

      Cons

      To many orgainization changes Kforce don't provide much training for the core employees Upper management is out of touch with employees Quick to farm out job overseas Like with Yahoo, Kforce took away working remotely

      Pros

      Tenured company with a good client base. It's a good place to learn the business. Really enjoyed working with some of the employees. Average comp plan.

      Cons

      Difficult place to make a permanent. Micromanagement and number counting from the top down with little trust given to associates. Senior management is out of touch with field associates.
