      Pros

      If you're looking to get working skills I would suggest Kforce, they will pretty much hire anybody. -Learn a lot about the business arena of the city you reside in - develop good inside sales skills

      Cons

      -the ultimate turn and burn industry -0 stability - no training -not given enough resources to compete for business -you have to spend all day on the phone, need to make 70 calls or management will ask you what you did yesterday -no continuity - management only interacts with favorites

      I have worked for Kforce for 11 years and love the company. The reasons why are many, but here are you few: *Great People *Strong platform from which to build success *Excellent earning potential *Flexible work hours *Good work / life balance *Strong Leadership

      Cons

      I don't have any cons with regards to the company, but recruiting is hard work. The most challenging aspect is dealing with issues outside of your control...we are dealing with people after all.
