Bloomington Office is Professional and Fun
Pros
Great team Environment and everyone is on an even playing field. Account Managers are not considered any better or more senior than the recruiters (unlike other companies), everyone pulls their own weight. Do not believe former disgruntled employees. Decent Pay (the harder you work, the more money is made on your end, no different from other sales companies, you get out what you put in). Young and fun environment with hungry professionals trying to make their own path to success. Management is great, they have personally helped me through 1 on 1 meetings and showing me where I can be better, it falls on me to improve in those areas. Again You get out what you are willing to put in.
Cons
Training at times can be better. Everyone is Busy and it gets tough at times to hold these trainigns, but this is the only thing that would come to mind.
