      Pros

      Friendly environment with a focus on encouraging employees to follow the firm's core values. Many opportunities to get involved in the community and serve others in need. Onsite gym, and flexible work from home schedules for many departments.

      Cons

      Firm growth has introduced and exposed inefficient processes that have not matured as growth increased. Sales teams have to be successful and meet strict quotas during turbulent economy.

      Pros

      My team was great to work with, they have excellent recruiting software and management actually listened to field recruiters and made things happen.

      Cons

      It is a very demanding job but that comes with any commission based position, the harder you work usually impacts how much you get paid.

      Great support, great opportunities for free training

      Cons

      I didn't find out that the benefits cost for employee + 1 was so high - $900 a month in my case - until I was already working. They seemed evasive when I asked the cost so I dropped it - I'll never make that mistake again. PLUS I felt extremely pressured by the recruiter who told me to remove my resume from the internet and not talk to any other recruiters.
