      Great place to start your working career but not many can make it a long term option

      Pros

      Very nice building and technology/equipment. Intelligent co-workers with creative ideas. Fair, not above market compensation for starting your career. Many training opportunities for select employees (sales)

      Cons

      Politics within. Alot of talking about non-business related issues about others Far too many "chiefs". Some working teams have as many leads/managers as they do employees Recent compensation package revisions to obtain more work out of employees for the same payout

      Pros

      Coporate support via best in industry technologies, great back office support, strong operations. People. Kforce hires the best. Compensation plan, if you produce, Kforce will pay you well.

      Cons

      Benefits. Not a huge negative, but health benefits, 401K, etc. are very average. It would be nice to have more options than we currently have.
