Business Outlook
Pros
Its a young environment and they do some fun competitions and activities. There is an onsite gym which is convenient. The HQ is a very nice, new building.
Cons
They are overly concerned with the quantity of candidates submitted vs. the quality of candidates submitted to clients. Numbers rule everything. Pay is horrible for the number of hours you need to work in order to hit your numbers. There is absolutely NO work life balance. I would NEVER recommend someone to work here unless you like working 60+ hours a week and making barely enough money to live on.
