Pros

Backed my decisions immediately with the client, at any time the client was being unreasonable. Immediately answered my questions and concerns. Had constant contact with my management. HR and IT had all of my hardward and paperwork complete and ready to go immediately.

Cons

I came into the project mid-way, of which I do well; however, the person I replaced could not let go and kept on me about how I should be doing things, in the "right" priority, essentially his way. Per his advice, he called in Executive Mgmt (including a VP) to "help me."
