Pros

As long as you are in a project with billing, you would not have major issues. Nothing more

Cons

You can be fired anytime irrespective of your performance, visa status etc. Salary and benefits offered is not on par with many other companies out there in the market. You will have to risk alot in terms of employment with them. Not worth the risk considering the fact that you can be axed any given moment.

After working for a IT service company for 18+ years, I decided to join KForce as a consultant. I had my doubts about how things would work and was provided with clear and accurate information about the entire VISA (H1B) transfer process. What to expect in terms of work, compensation, and benefits. Onboarding process was smooth, easy and transparent. I received RFE for my transfer (which was explained as a likely event) and was provided with excellent support from Immigration team to prepare for the RFE response. The immigration team is very helpful and always ready to clear any doubts/questions. On work front, I had been given options to choose between 2 clients. The conversations I had with KForce account team was always transparent and I always got the correct information, which helped me make informed decisions. Though I had a small stint with KForce, I thoroughly enjoyed every moment.

Could not think of any major cons.

company has good client base. easy to place on new project.Really enjoyed working with my recruiter.

Cons

hourly rate lower than other consulting firm, and no paid vacations. health premium is high.
