Ki’s attendance policy is ascenine. They have an on the dot clock in policy. Which is comply contrary to every other manufacturerinf company in the area

Pros

The manager and coworkers all really care about the work they do and strive to help each other with any questions that you yourself can't answer. They care about your life and take the time to grow into a family you can be proud of.

Cons

The HR team is small and not well equipt for the growing business. There are many overtly strict and asinine policies that allow good employees to get let go, and there's a lack of diversity and inclusivity training despite the industry standard they set for themselves in every other aspect. The Benefits change every year there is a cheaper alternative,
