Pros
I loved working with the children, that was the highlight of my day! There was a handful of coworkers who were kind, but theyve all since left. For the most part, you work your scheduled shift, but alot of the time you're forced to work extra.
Cons
After expressing that I couldnt stay later the day I had to put my dog down, they had me stay an hour and a half later. Even sent the owner in to convince me to stay longer. There is minimal communication among management. Allowed students to stay who were aggressive. They don't care about how long you've worked there, you'll be told you get the shift and classroom you want and then randomly, a new person shows up and gets your shift and youre moved to another classroom.
