Pros
Wonderful families and children, the families are so communicative and understanding. You almost always work a full 40 hr week.
Cons
Very rarely do you get any of your 10 min breaks. lunches are always late, or too early. they get angry when you reach overtime and make you sign a board to ‘approve’ your overtime. forces workers to come in with illness or injury, even sick when covid was going on. never required covid tests. management would rip up incident reports, fire anyone who reported them, and manipulated so many of their workers. incredibly selfish management. I was forced into a floater position for months working varying hours, it was absolutely awful. Racist and homophobic management team
