Decent pay for childcare but still not a livable wage,

Cons

No support from management or owners while dealing with extreme disruptive behaviors in the classroom (children hitting me and other students, throwing things at me and other children, dumping all the toys out during clean up time, child scratching teachers until they draw blood, etc). Owners and curriculum coordinator were very condescending and nitpicked the smallest things but didn’t want to help fix those things (such as bulletin boards). The whole management team is very cold and don’t care to even say good morning much less how things are going or ever offer a helping hand when they see you may need support in your classroom.
