Got good classroom experience and exposure. Teachers were friendly and the kids were nice. Administration was good at communicating

The pay could have been higher and benefits could be better. Little opportunity for career progression.

- Able to move up - Many locations - Follows COVID regulations The half a year and yearly reviews are helpful and can help with asking for raise

Cons

-Pay can be less than you want -Mangement varies on location -The location I worked at one of the owners just cared about income and didnt care about their employees. She needs to learn that without us teachers she wouldnt have any income.
