The kids, had awesome Co workers. Parents were great to work with.

Cons

Forget about going to the doctor when you are desperate to go. Director told me I could leave at 9 for the day but time came around and she refused to let me leave. She also tore up my Drs note in front of my face. I will never work here again or send my kids here.

Management doesnt help employees when needed. Rooms are over crowed with not enough teachers. High turnover rate

Pros

I loved the children like they were my own.The only thing that keeps me coming in are their bright smiling faces and hugs. The parents are great to work with as well!

Cons

The environment is stressful, and the pay is low. Management keeps adding children to rosters even though we are way over ratio. Every morning before other teachers come in we have anywhere between 30-38 children. The ratio for two teachers is 20. This creates a very unsafe environment for the children.
