      Pros

      The kids are the sweetest and the parents really appreciate what you do for their children.

      Cons

      Management acts like a bunch of children. They don't know enough about what goes on in the daily work of their employees but always come through to disrupt your work. They play favorites and sit together in the office gossiping about their employees like they're in a little middle school clique. Be ready to take disrespect from management. If you complain about it, they'll create a hostile work environment and fire you. No room for growth. Low pay with high expectations.

      We are a new, growing school. Juggling important tasks and seeing them through can be challenging.
