the management is horrible, petty, and unfair to workers. lots of double standards exist and corporate doesn't care.

Great experience for someone going into the education field! I really enjoyed working with the kids and getting to know them

Cons

Staff is way underpaid. I made $10/hour and I was one of the highest paid "teachers". Fine for a summer job but definitely not sustainable (you can make more babysitting)
