Pros
The school is new in my location, building a repertoire with family's and locals is great. That's about the only positive I can think of. I've been working child care for 10 years.
Cons
Management lacks communication even within each other. Whenever new policies are set the teachers get written up or reprimanded but had know knowledge of the new policies. The kids are allowed to kick, bite, punch and slap you, and you can't tell them no. Parents rarely get called when their child is out of control and lost respect for the teacher and assistant teacher. Management expects a lot to get done and prepped for our classrooms but gives you no time to actually get it done. They want us to work off the clock. Hours are already cut because they hired more staff for the summer and our kids dropped. So they cut our hours and give us no option to even make 30 a week. This is not a place to work if your trying to live.
