      Working with children. Lovely staff. I found out some employee worked there for a long time and the current owner changed everything so the past employee quit

      Cons

      management and no communication. Minimum Wage. If your starting out as a student and looking for some extra money maybe this is for you.

      Families were friendly, quality educational program

      Cons

      Expectations from corporate were extreme with no incentive or additional pay. Raises were low and supplies were minimal. Expectations were constantly changing with little support to help the staff fully succeed.

      Pros

      The children were very sweet, the hours the facility were open are convenient.

      Cons

      Management plays favorites, does not disciple or fire teachers that mistreat the children/leave them left unattended. Limits children food use so that they are able to profit the remainders the state gives to their food budget.
