Pros

Overall a great company to work for, the director and owner I worked for were great people and very flexible. They cared about their employers and kids enrolled at the daycare.

Cons

The pay was not the best for the work you have to do with children. Compared to other daycares they did not pay that much.

The co workers were great , I loved my kids and was excited to see them daily and I had a great rep with parents

Cons

Management didn’t care about their staff or parents . We had licensing come every other week , they have many violations ! Also the bosses will tell the co workers to lie to corporate so they wouldn’t get closed down. They lie to parents for no reason
