Overworked and underpaid, but that's childcare. Childcare is a place that has high turnover. This place is no exception. Low staff often. Maxing out ratios all day. 1 teacher for 7 toddlers all day. When hiring support teachers, (floaters) they have hired the worst people. Some of those supports don't treat the child like they are children. Would never trust this place with my own child.

-expect you to sell your soul for the company just to end up making $17 an hour -They get mad when you call off if you are sick, they try to beg you to come in -The center let’s bullying happen -The children barely get one serving of food and we aren’t allowed to give the kids extra snack if they are hungry -You aren’t given enough supplies for lesson plans, you are expected to buy everything yourself, oh and the owner doesn’t pay you back. -They ignore teachers who abuse kids, and say oh i’ll take care of it, but that teacher is allowed to stay and keep their job. -You have to beg and call 5 different numbers to get a bathroom break -Teachers are on their cellphones when kids are running, screaming, punching, and management does not care -when asked for help with a child, you are met with an irritated look like you are a terrible teacher if you ask for help.
