      Lots of opportunities to be creative, lots of fun activities, spending time with children.

      Disorganized, ghetto, rundown classrooms, have to buy supplies out if your own pocket, rude bosses, no training, rude parents, long hours, low pay

      Pros

      Childcare if you are there but I personally would never send my child here if I were not there.

      Cons

      Terrible management, owner does not care about keeping staff. Shows favoritism. She is not willing to keep good people. Working long hours and not getting paid for it. Working through breaks not getting out on time ever.
