      Loved getting to interact and work with the kids and to see them grow and progress.

      Cons

      Inconsistent communication in all aspects from management scheduling, what class rooms I was supposed to be in. In the 6 months I worked at the center my fingerprints regularly didn't work and I could not clock in or out on my own. I also was never given any safety training or hands on training despite being told in the interview i would be.
