They do not value employee health, physical or mental. They don't care if you come in sick... To a child care center... During a pandemic... You will be written up for calling out sick. You will be guilted if you have to leave early because you are sick. Even if you have to go to the hospital, the only thing they care about is that you are there, so they don't have to actually work. They try to run a child care center with a skeleton crew. Read that again, would you want your child looked after by the least amount of people possible? Impossible to grow career here. Teachers will tell at children and teacher assistants
