The kids are cute. They are flexible with hours.

Cons

A lot of cliques. If you don't think it's funny to be mean to kids then you're one of the outsiders. There is A LOT of favoritism with teachers. The boss wants to be friends with her employees and let's a lot of fireable things slide.
