kind and tight-knit staff, clean classrooms, lots of toys and activities

Cons

differing opinions between teachers on proper behavioral management with children, sometimes focused more on looking like we were doing enriching activities than actually doing them (we had to take photos everyday of every child of the activities we were doing with them, and this often disrupted the activity itself)

Get to love on babies and get to know parents

Cons

Management always were two faced. Allowed employees to work there when parents didnt want their child in their care. Allowed employees to mishandle children even after they were told about it. A horrible experience all together.
