Never want to pay you for the meetings or for any overtime. You’ll get sent home early or they’ll adjust your schedule to make sure that you don’t receive compensation for overtime. You’ll have to scrub walls, spackle and paint, so you’re not only a teacher, You’re also a contractor. You have to find a way to work during a blizzard because god forbid they close the school and pay you for a snow day. You’ll be watched all day on camera and everyone’s power hungry. :) oh joyyyy :) oh the wonderful sounds of gossip makes the environment so lovely, especially when administration engages in it as well. Oh and please don’t go out and find a better opportunity and try to give a courteous 2week notice because you may be let go on the spot, so tread carefully. Oh and don’t even so much as pick a wedgie on camera because you’ll be the laugh of the office, they watch you on camera like you are the main event at a boxing match.
