They had a great director working for them. Not anymore, she went on mat leave, and they replaced her during so.

Cons

- Cheep owners - No materials for the children (no books, no toys, no manipulatives) - No materials = a spike in behavior.. (biting, hitting, throwing toys, etc.) - the owners will pay you less than minimum wage and will expect you to preform as if you're making $40 an hour - the owners do not care about the kids or staff, it's an investment to them, and that is all - no benefits (Free parking is the best/only benefit they offer) - Classrooms are never within ratio - absolutely no room for growth
