      The kids are amazing. For someone like me, I had the freedom to create great lesson plans and plan exciting days for the children.

      Cons

      Overcrowding in classrooms. The ratio was often overlooked making it hard to control many kids with little to no help who are often still potty training.

      Only thing I see good about the job was how flexible and understanding they were when it came to scheduling.

      Cons

      There is no apparent team work and it's every woman for herself. If you need help with something the coworkers look away. First week I decided that I would not longer work her because of the lack of professionalism.
