Clean School Environment, Poor Communication
Pros
- Curriculum is already created for you - Daily schedule and class furniture are developmentally appropriate - Tadpoles app is used so you have a direct line to communicate with parents - The center plans events so you don't have to. Ie: Pumpkin Patches and Spring Egg Hunts - Nightly cleaning staff - Pay is slightly higher than other preschools in the area
Cons
- Management is more concerned with profit than the teachers' needs - Students are moved up into their age group almost immediately after their birthday making nearly constant changes to your class roster - Little to no prep-time for teachers - You often have to tweak activities because you don't have the right materials - Communication between classrooms and the front desk is weak - You're with students the moment you clock in until the moment you clock out, so no time for going to the bathroom, gathering or prepping materials, or communicating with other classrooms
