      Love the children and most of the teachers. If you could pay in hugs.

      Pros

      Kids are wonderful. Sweet parents. Teachers stick together. Kids love you for everything you do for them. Other teachers always help when you need it.

      Cons

      Awful management. Rude to staff. Make fun of staff. Fire people they don't like. Terrible pay. No communication at all from up front.

      -My coworkers and I got along SO well. Loved working with most of them. -allowed for a lot of creativity in the classroom

      Cons

      -Owner is money hungry and completely prejudiced/biased toward people who share her culture. -Unfair criticism of teachers while not giving us remotely enough resources to do our jobs effectively (owner) -No formal training ever received -Special needs children not referred out or addressed -Most parents are entitled and arrogant and have no regard for others, and teach their kids the same
