Great program for young kids and the moments I had with the kids/families were unforgettable

Cons

Cheap, deceptive, and two faced leadership will make you realize no matter how great it is to work with the kids that your employers do absolutely nothing for the business and will treat you horribly the second you stop doing their jobs and responsibilities for them. Don’t waste your time here! No benefits, short shifts, unpaid duties, and no PTO. They claim you’re all in a “family” yet the second you speak up about the issues they completely ostracize you.
