Fun job, work directly with kids, great team, serious managers.

Cons

Hours fluctuate, High Pay for classes being taught, minimum wage when not working with kids or families, requires lots of energy, can be exhausting physically and socially. Not a lot of flexibility or creativity unless brought to HQ and approved by them.
