Winning at Life!

Pros

- Connections! You meet so many cool people in the center and get to build a community amongst members. We all help each other out. - Pay. For a part time job, especially as a college student, the pay is great and there are always opportunities to make extra cash through parties, camps, and other events - Fun. You quite literally get paid to have fun with your students and help them gain confidence.

Cons

- Hours. This is not a typical job and hours can be minimal and or odd. Classes are in the afternoons and the mornings. - Staffing. Coaches come and go and understaffing seems to be an issue occasionally. - Burn out. It's hard to pull up to work full of energy and perform every single day and it can certainly take a toll on you
