Pros
the kids make the job fun
Cons
shifts are exhausting. if you're full time, the shifts are set up for burn out. Expect to work 11 hour days, 5 days a week, with only 1 day off at a time. Expect to work weekends, likely from 8am-7pm. Expect to do work on your own time and not get paid for it. There's a LOT of shady things that go on in this company so be aware....yes it seems fun (it can be...when you're not overworked) and working with kids is fun, however they WILL overwork you. I've been called out sick before and was told to suck it up and come in anyways. Threw up at work and was expected to keep going. There's no work life balance here. They pride themselves in overworking staff and lead to burn out, but don't have any room for mental health concerns. Management is often a mess. Pay is far too low for what you're doing, especially with all the unpaid working hours you do.
