Very flexible and understanding environment.

Cons

Everybody spread information within 2 minutes across the campus. Impossible to get raise. Everyone knows each other's business. Many nosy people.

Cons

Micromanagement and snap decision making have stifled creativity and independent thought and action. CEO makes personnel decisions: interviews every new hire & terminates without regard of the supervisor's recommendation. CEO is not correct Glassdoor profile, the current CEO had been there 1.5 years
