      Pros

      None. Leadership fails to help employees maintain a healthy work-life balance, underpays them despite the stressful workloads, and just overall make the work environment horrible because of their behavior.

      Cons

      Leadership is incredibly hostile and unprofessional. Instead of guiding employees and setting them up for success, all they do is boss them around, criticize them for the mistakes they make, etc. They couldn't care less about their well-being, assigning brutal workloads and setting unreasonable expectations on them.
