      Great culture and team. Energizing place to work.

      Cons

      Safety of employees doesn't always get the attention it deserves. Specifically , working in downtown cities can cause a higher number of incidents.

      Pros

      Good benefits, supportive HR leadership, and great mentorship from corporate management. Down to earth and knows how to connect with team members from all walks of life.

      Cons

      This may have been already addressed, but would like to see some more enhancements with education / tuition assistance, especially for someone who is taking classes relative to the field.
