I seriously love this company. Kin allows me to do my job and fosters an environment where I can be great at what I do. Kin has a huge remote work force and they way we communicate and keep in touch doesn't leave me missing a "real" office environment. The leads we are given are high quality. The volume is sufficient this creates a sky is the limit earning potential in my opinion.

As a smaller insurance company, we are incredibly careful with who we accept as clients. This means we say no to new clients more often than we say yes, but it also means we get to keep our insurance rates low for our current clients and not have to deal with the yearly rate increase talk with current clients.

The best part about working for this company is the leadership. I was with the company about 30 days before we had to go into quarantine. The amount of support that I received from my team lead all the way up to the C suite has been amazing.
I'm writing this review because today was the day that I truly felt like family. In lieu of all of the social unrest and rioting happening in our company, one of our C Suite executives sent out a beautifully written email to the whole company offering support for anyone to reach out. I had very in depth conversations with my team lead, my mentor as well as the sales manager of the company expressing my grief over what is happening. They were all so compassionate and empathetic to what I had to say that I'm still moved to tears as I type this. Their kindness and understanding about this sensitive topic was more than enough proof that the people that built this company are good people. It reflects in the rest of the staff as well.
I was allowed to take a personal day to get myself together. That is how this family treats their Kinfolk. I'm so grateful to work for such an amazing company. No matter what happens in the future, I'm glad that I have had the opportunity to see servant leadership, compassion and encouragement in play EVERY SINGLE DAY. It truly is an honor to work here.
