We have recently revamped all of our salary structures, matching to a broader base of market surveys and anchoring our target salary within ranges to a market-leading position. Where employees fall within a particular salary range and how quickly they can grow in that range, or promote to the next, is dependent on many factors including sustained performance, potential and skills and abilities relative to the defined and market-matched roles.
