Once a project is done, you are kicked out. Permanent employee or not.

We have never and would never hire anyone full time intending to end the employment when a project ends. Our average length of tenure is 7.4 years which is quite high for the high tech industry, and we have incredibly low percentage of contractors (less than 1%).
