      Rapidly growing company with lots of opportunity to get out of your comfort zone and try new things. There is also free pop!

      - Senior team members are smart, friendly, and helpful - Solving challenging real world problems everyday - Improvement on algorithm is directly visible to customers and highly appreciated by customers

      - Learning curve can be a bit long compared to some other software development positions, since the problems often require industry-specific knowledge.

      Pros

      Great people work here with hardly any politics getting in the way. The product Kinaxis offers (RapidResponse) is excellent. The organization also frequently adjusts (as needed) to adapt to new challenges - this results in frequent new opportunities for employees.

      Cons

      Minimal downside; when it comes to crunch time and the organization must deliver there can be extra hours to get things done but I'd view this as standard for any software organization.
