Pros
Decent supply chain planning technology. Culture is fine. People are pleasant, just clueless outside their narrow niche of own technology.
Cons
Project management/implementation approach rely heavily on small-group methods. This usually works for non-complex projects but falls apart where lots of parties/internal politics involved (like large corporations, which Kinaxis need for growth). This is compensated by working longer hours and bringing more people. Needless to say, this does not help a whole lot on fixed bid engagements... Your key to success is to have RapidResponse experience acquired outside of Kinaxis as inhouse development program is not effective at all.
